Hannah grew up in the midwest and fell in love with movement at a very early age, studying ballet and modern dance through college. She earned her BFA in dance and BA in creative writing at the University of Iowa and went on to live in New York City.
She landed a reception job at a yoga studio and fell completely in love with the practice and its ability to combine physicality with incredible mental benefits. Yoga began to impact her life in so many positive ways she felt called to share and spread this, completing her first teacher training in NYC in 2014.
She went on to continue her yoga education at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica and has landed now in Denver, Colorado.
Hannah primarily teaches vinyasa yoga and encourages students to find their own dance with their breath as a moving meditation. She also teaches yin yoga, finding the balance of stillness and movement, both on the mat and in the mind.
Her other passions include hiking, meditation, travel, and connecting with other humans on this beautiful journey we call life!
