Our Intention

We’re here to help you connect deeper with yourself and others while offering access to personal wellness and mindfulness-based programming with a like-minded community. All of this is done through evidence-based a with the ultimate goal of helping people become empowered to transform their lives and begin living the life that genuinely fulfills them.

The Habitual Roots community is open to all, offering a place for self-expression and connection in a safe and judgment free environment. Habitual Roots is a local non-profit and registered as a US 501 (c)(3) public charity,
