I’m Justin! I’ve spent the last 5 years of my life supporting and managing projects within the financial, startup, nuclear and servicing industries. As I’ve made my way through both the academic and the business world, I’ve learned that communication, self-awareness and self-management are some of the most crucial aspects to advancing your career and your life.
When I made this realization, I began implementing my own practices to develop a new version of me. That’s right! I set out on a mission to be intentional with my thoughts and actions and do my very best to master my mind.
At some point during this process, I began researching the neuroscience behind habit formation, the techniques to building emotional intelligence and self-awareness. I did this in an effort to create a life I truly wanted. I continue to do so to this day.
I’ve got a background in systems engineering, so when I look at something, I look at the full picture and then break down every process involved. My intuitive goal is to map out and understand every micro system that creates the macro result. Kind of weird, right?Well, I put this quirk to good use! I began using engineering habits and systems to help me reach my emotional wellness goals. Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned and be a resource to guide you on your journey to do the same!Last year I co-founded a non-profit with the goal of sharing how I've been able to embody positivity, mindfulness and emotional intelligence in the ways I THINK and FEEL.
I am also on staff as a certified emotional wellness coach.
