WHY WE ARE HERE
At Habitual Roots, we believe that no one can be truly successful if they are not happy with themselves.
Our dream is to help create a world in which individuals have the opportunity to know themselves well and improve their sense of inner peace. This self-knowledge creates space for deeper connections with others, more authentic relationships, and ultimately a happier and healthier community. |
HOW WE WORK
Habitual Roots offers mindfulness and emotional intelligence training in many forms. We provide corporate, familial, and individual coaching sessions, as well as group wellness retreats.
We take great pride in our expansive educational program, ROOTS, which can be implemented in local schools, organizations, community centers, and clubs. As a nonprofit, our passion is community outreach. Habitual Roots offers regular community wellness events such as Yoga in the Park, and Forest Heal Rx free of charge. |
