Reset breathing is a breathing technique that a person can do anywhere, and anytime. Its intention is to assist in high stress/emotional situations/environments and allow you to clear the sensation at any time or place.
These situtations may arise from a place, person or experience, whether it’s from a co-worker, family member, friend, or stranger, practice to reset.
Before starting, identify what it is that you see or feel needs to be reset. This may be emotions around stress, worry, fear, anxiety, etc. Essentially, emotions that do not serve you in that moment.
Reset breathing is a state altering, simple, dynamic technique that aims to return your state of mind to its balanced or natural state. This breathing exercise may help to heighten your sense of control and connection to your genuine self.
The technique is also known as "resetting your being”. It is easy to do, quick to learn, and can be a highly effective habit for people that move quickly throughout the day.
