Group Wellness Events
Attend a group session today. With no minimum group size or time limit;
all we ask is that you come and be receptive to those around you.
Our Focus Sessions are a safe space for individuals to come together. We share and study thoughts while unveiling current practices on any subject relevant to the matter. Embarking on a journey to one of our sessions takes courage, so by coming, you are already practicing that.
However, consider for one second more what life would be like if you deliberately worked on yourself; intentionally,
and really learn how to appreciate the life you have. Please join us while we collectively collaborate together.
