MEET ALLISON
About Allison
Picture
Allison Bratsch is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder and CEO of Center for Resilience Strategies (CRS), a growing mental health clinic based in Denver, Colorado. CRS currently has 4 locations and counting, with over 30 therapists. CRS' mission is to provide affordable, accessible, and effective mental health care. Approximately one-third of CRS clients are covered under Colorado Medicaid.

As a mental health professional, Allison has spent the last 15 years working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families to combat the effects of stress, trauma, abuse, neglect, violence, bullying, substance misuse, mental illness, and more. She strongly values a holistic, proactive approach to mental health and well-being, to proactively develop the skills and resources needed to conquer the difficulties of life.
As a person and professional, she's obsessed with personal growth and fascinated with psychology, lifespan development, and the human mind. She believes she was put on this earth to be the best human she can be, and to help others do the same. Her mission is to change the culture of mental health by inspiring others to make emotional health and wellness and health relationships a priority. In addition to her experience in the mental health field, Allison has a background in clinical research, program development, program management, and coaching youth athletics.

When she's not pursuing professional passions, you can find Allison chasing after her two little girls (3 and 1.5), traveling, cooking, reading, writing, connecting with friends/family, or dreaming up her next project.
