Laugarvatn, Iceland

With a group of 18, we explored the depths of the elements. Deepening our connection to the land of fire and ice. We saw uninhabited landscapes, waterfalls, glaciers, ice-caves, and of course the aurora borealis. 

Lake Atitlán, Guatemala

We brought 20 people with us.
​What an epic experience to travel to such a special place in the world. We saw volcanos, we traveled by boat, we danced, we moved, we grew and shared such a powerful experience for all ages.

Breckenridge, Colorado

With 11 people joining us, this was an intimate and sweet retreat. We shared amazing practices around the somatic side of our emotions. We played games, we soaked our bodies and experienced nature right in our area.

Joyful Journey Hot Springs Retreat

Having 18 people with us made it a unique experience to see the valleys of Colorado. We enjoyed the mineral rich hot springs of Joyful Journey. This retreat allowed a greater space for sharing and deepening our connections to each other while with ourselves.

We embarked with a group of 8 to share and learn as a community. What a special moment this was to share the ROOTS Methodology, the cold snow and heat of the sauna. We deepened our resources as a community and understood simple methods to show up as one.
